Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy:
For Physical Products:
- Please take a video before opening the package. We only accept returns or replacements if the product is damaged. Send the video to ArackalJewellery@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7034303351. Without valid proof, we do not allow refunds or replacements.
- We offer replacements, refunds, or exchanges—whichever is feasible—for damaged products during transit. Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the product, and the damaged item must be shipped back to an address we provide. A replacement will only be provided. A refund will only be issued if the same product is unavailable.
- Orders cannot be canceled or exchanged for other products. If we are unable to process a particular item from your order, it can be replaced with an item of equivalent or higher value (additional charges may apply). Alternatively, a refund will be provided for that specific item. Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days, depending on the type of transaction.
- We recommend that the customer or an authorized person be available at the delivery address during courier service hours (typically 9 AM to 5 PM IST). If the recipient is unavailable, the courier service will make three attempts to deliver the package. If the courier is returned after these attempts, we will notify the customer. Depending on the circumstances, return shipping charges may apply to have the item resent. No refund will be issued for undelivered packages returned to us by the courier.
